Dr. Jeffery Kesecker is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with years of experience in advanced surgical care. He has placed thousands of dental implants and completed specialized training in sedation dentistry. For more complex cases, a certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) is available on-site, so your care is always safe and seamless.

Practice Manager
Born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley, Amanda keeps our practice running smoothly behind the scenes. She brings over 20 years of financial experience to Legacy Surgery and leads our administrative team with skill and heart. Amanda and her husband, Eric, have four beautiful daughters. When she is not working, she enjoys vacationing with family, kayaking, and riding motorcycles with her husband.
Maira
Implant Treatment Coordinator
Maira joined Legacy Surgery in 2016 as a surgical assistant and now serves as our Clinical Coordinator. She is our in-house expert on dental implants and fixed dentures. Outside of work, Maira enjoys running races, baking, and rewatching episodes of The Office with her husband Gus and their pup, Rango.
